Employee Training, Why It Matters Most

We all agree that training is essential. Often, however, we throw training after a problem in our companies and organizations that we find out later really isn’t the problem. OR we are absolutely right that training is what is needed, but we choose training that doesn’t quite solve the real training need. That means we’ve thrown good money after a problem whose solution isn’t training OR we’ve bought and paid for training that's not what we need!

How do we know when training IS the solution? How do we know that the training we’ve invested good money to get is the right training for the specific challenges we face? This talk with give you a taste of the readily available toolkit you can learn to use that will help you be more cost-effective and accurate in selecting the right training for your situation.
