Tech Challenge Professional Development Series Presented
WORKFORCE plus is excited to announce the "Tech Challenge Professional Development Series," a variety of workshops designed to assist area businesses. Each workshop will provide relevant and useful tools to assist businesses in addressing technology training needs.
The first workshop in the series, Microsoft Super User, will not only address basic computer skills but will also provide the framework needed to improve performance linked to daily tasks while expanding the user's knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Much like the workplace, this workshop is fast paced and supports the outcomes needed to ensure that the employee is well versed and able to perform their assigned job duties. As a value-added benefit, WORKFORCE plus will provide each attendee with a no-cost reference manual.
The workshop will be delivered through the WORKFORCE plus offices located in Gadsden, Leon and Wakulla counties. The first workshop will be held at the Leon office located at 2525 South Monroe Street on December 10th, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. The Gadsden office, 1140 West Clark Street, and the Wakulla Office, 3278 Crawfordville Highway, will host workshops on December 17th, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Interested businesses who would like to register their employees are encouraged to do so today as seating is limited! To RSVP, email wfp@wfplus.org or call (850) 414-6085.
