The Florida BrAIve Fund
WORKFORCE plus actively pursues ways to assist the many men and women who have and are continuing to serve our nation. Through the Florida BrAIve Fund, WORKFORCE plus provides services to active and former military personnel, and their families, serving in Iraq and/or Afghanistan through Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
Because of these staggering numbers, WORKFORCE plus will provide employment related services as well as resource and referral services needed by our local veterans. Through an OIF/OEF Navigator, WORKFORCE plus will coordinate resources with different programs ranging from employment and training to medical care, mental health and counseling and veteran benefits.
Funding is provided through the Florida BrAIve Fund administered in part by the Community Foundation of Jacksonville.
